A weekend intensive exploring, developing, and cultivating awareness within the seven primary energy centers known as Chakras.

Join MJ Heart, Professional Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Healer, & Spiritual Guide for a 10 hour immersive experience at Palo Santo Yoga & Wellness diving deep into the journey of self-discovery, self-healing, and self-service.

During this workshop, we will explore a vast amount of information related to each of the 7 Primary Chakras including names, colors, translations, frequencies, meditations, mudras, yoga asana, pranayama, yin/restorative practices, herbal allies, associated crystals, center balances + imbalances, and so much more...

Each Chakra will have relevant information discussed and multi-part practices will be applied with time to connect deeply within each energy center for an expansive journey of self-discovery, self-inquiry, expressive journaling, open-discussion and a communal sharing setting.
