balancing our chakras w/ Ananga & Jamuna

Sunday November 18th at 1-5pm

In this interactive Sage Gathering Workshop we will learn several different ways to activate our Chakras. We will explore the correlation between Ayurveda, Crystal energy and Chakras.

The subtle energy of the Chakras is constantly active within each of us. We will be able to maximize our potential and manifest our best life when we become more aware of how the Chakras interact and affect our personal, emotional and physical nature.

Through fun interactive exercises, a yoga flow & an ecstatic kirtan (group singing & chanting) we will discover more about our own personal elemental nature and find our Chakra Balance.

By the end of this workshop you will have tools necessary to enhance and deepen our personal spiritual practice. We will be more adept at keeping a Yogic balance in our life both on and off the mat.

As an Inter-spiritual Reverend Doctor, counselor and inspirational speaker, Sage Mama Ananga shares her insights from a broad spiritual perspective seasoned with humor, philosophy, psychology and common sense. With respect for those of all beliefs, she guides us in a practical understanding of the constant spiritual truths that pervade through each of us.

The Sage Gathering Workshop offers a dynamic blend of Ananga’s Insightful Presentation, along with Yoga and Ecstatic Kirtan with her daughter, Jamuna.

Ananga is also the mother of the well known Kirtan Artist, Vish (Visvambhar Sheth) of the Mayapuris, Hanumen and Juggernauts.

AMAZING NEWS! Please join us in welcoming Mantralogy recording artists Prema Hara to Philadelphia for a blissful evening of sacred song!

" ... pure, kirtan at it's best" ~ Yoga Journal Magazine

Prema Hara's mellow, meditative songs build into ecstatic rhythms, creating a jubilant celebration of the spirit. Come sing and dance, or just come and be!

In recent years, call-and-response kirtan chanting has exploded in popularity alongside yoga’s rise to acclaim. It increases vitality, soothes the soul, and expands meditation. It is a joyful practice that calms the mind and opens and purifies the heart. Kirtan, the music of the heart, is the calling of the soul; a blissful musical journey to invoke divine presence.

No previous experience is necessary.
$20 pre-registration, $25 at the door

Kamaniya and Keshavacharya are kirtan gypsies, touring internationally as the sacred music duo Prema Hara. Attracted by Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion, both have spent many years living in ashrams, searching for the divine through devotional service and singing. Seeing so many people's hearts transformed through the power of chanting sacred mantras, they were inspired to commit their lives to sharing the universal practice of kirtan with the world. Prema Hara has toured extensively throughout the USA & Europe, quickly gaining recognition as one of the West’s most prominent mantra music bands.
