Join us for our monthly in-person Empowered Connection Men’s Circle - the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm at Uprising Movement in South Philadelphia

Empowered Connection Men’s Circle is a safe, conscious space for cultivating intentional & meaningful connection, healthy masculinity, community, vulnerability, inspiration, sharing, support, and personal empowerment.

Each meet-up is a unique combination of circle-sharing and emotional awareness, somatic movement, meditation, empowerment + connection practices

Come as you are and participate as you desire, we are here to meet you where you are at and provide a supportive space for connecting more deeply to yourself, to other men + masculine-identifying people, and to a greater potential
