PEAK ALIGN & FLOW

An all levels vinyasa flow class designed to energize the body with the crest of the day as we explore peak postures in fun and accessible ways. Take your lunch break to your mat with this 60 minute practice in-studio.

let go & flow

A heart opening, stress releasing class that focuses on letting go of all the past and future clutter we tend to hold on to. This all-levels practice will allow you to be fully present and in tune with your body allowing space for contentment and ease. A flow that will allow you to start your week with an open mind and heart. 

HEAVY METAL MONDAY VINYASA

A focused yet soothing candlelit practice for all-levels, all-bodies, + all are welcome to this vinyasa yoga class set to a heavy metal playlist that will energize your practice, bewitch you, and leave you magically hypnotized.

VIBRANT VINYASA

A morning practice and full-body flow to create space for the day through breathwork, aligned vinyasa, fluid movements, and complete rejuvenation of the spirit. Open to all levels of practice and yogic experience.

VIgorous VINYASA

A fast paced midday vinyasa class that will challenge the breath, body, and mind. Each week, we will focus on asana alignment, practice with mental + physical intention, and flow through practice with connection to ujjayi breath. Open to all levels of practice - modifications for postures will be offered.

ENLIVENING FIRE flow

An energizing evening yoga class that builds up heat and emphasizes breath, movement, alignment, and a connection to that internal fire. Work towards more balance, strength, & flexibility in this mixed level practice!

WELL ROUNDED COMMUNITY FLOW

Exactly what it means, a Well Rounded Community Class that offers a range of yoga practices to wind down the day, settle the body, and center the mind. This class is open to all peoples, all levels of practice, and is a weekly donation-based community offering!

A great way to start the day, 60 minutes of alignment-based vinyasa flow made for all levels and all types of practice. Begin your day by aligning your body, your mind, and your internal spirit.

JOY FULL HOUR FLOW

Embrace your true, eternal, joyful Self, your Sat-Chit-Ananada : sanskrit for truth + consciousness + bliss. Step onto your mat and into your practice prepared to rapturously flow during this lighthearted midday all-levels vinyasa yoga class.

POWER & PRESENCE FLOW

A powerful vinyasa practice that offers modifications to all levels of practice with effective alignment, challenging engagements, and direct awareness into the presence of practicing a rigorous yoga asana experience.

yin + resorative

A gentle class that offers space for deep release and restorative healing. This class may include various yoga practices such as yin, restorative, yoga nidra, pranayama, guided meditation, or self-massage utilizing props in practice to coax the body into relaxation and bring balance to the nervous system.

PRANA VINYASa

A holistic and therapeutically influenced approach to vinyasa yoga that intentionally opens and aligns the various subtle-body energetic systems through mudra, pranayama, and creatively choreographed sequences of asana. These classes fluidly link together movement & breath while offering space for personal exploration within practice, bringing students into a deeper awareness of the present moment while discovering a vibrational unification of all aspects of Self.

HEART FIRE FLOW

This practice will consist of a fun, strong, challenging yet all-levels-accessible, vinyasa yoga flow full of dynamic transitions + creative sequencing… interwoven and book-ended by powerful meditations, inspiring heart wisdom, yoga stories & philosophy, humor, levity, and blissful mantra meditation. Be prepared to sweat, chant, love, laugh & explore the edges of your practice and yourself in beautiful ways.

Maha Prana: Himalayan Kriya Yoga

A subtle body practice focused on techniques revolving around fusion and diffusion, union and separation of the astral and physical body. This sacred science of alignment and purification helps practitioners realize the existence of life in every atom further leading to self-realization and the blissful union within through the balance of physical, mental, emotional and casual bodies.

HAPPY HOUR VINYASA

An end of the week, Friday evening, 60 minute, Happy Hour yoga practice that is made for all-levels of experience to move through tension and melt away the stress before heading out to enjoy the weekend!

YTT COmmunity yoga class

Our Empower & Evolve 200hr Yoga Teacher Graduates will be holding space and teaching their own classes in rotation at the studio as they begin their teaching journey within our Community. These classes are donation-based + suitable for all levels of practice, students can register via MindBody or drop-in for class.

SATTVIC SUNDAY VINYASA

For early risers on the weekend, start your Sunday off in physical and spiritual alignment with an accessible all-levels vinyasa flow that combines yoga asana with pranayama and mantra meditation. Awaken the mind and body with movement on the mat so you can take the spirit soaring through the rest of your day.

SPIRITUALIZED BHAKTI FLOW

An energizing vinyasa yoga class that emphasizes breath, movement, and alignment. This class is crafted for all levels, with modifications being offered to form an inclusive experience for any practice. Class will begin with deep dharma talks, storytelling, mantra meditation and pranayama. Yoga philosophy is woven throughout the creative sequence to challenge your body, mind, and spirit!

Recovery yoga 

Healing is a sacred journey that looks different for everyone, join us on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm for a donation-based, all-experiences, all-are-welcome, Recovery Yoga asana class. Recovery Dharma meeting to follow at 7:00pm. *These classes are on schedule select weekends, please check MindBody for availability.
