Radiant Recharge: A Special 2 Yoga Hour Flow w/ Alex Holmes

To flow means to move in a steady, conscious, stream. When we apply this concept to the practice of yoga, balanced action is the goal.
In this extended practice we will take the time to effectively warm and prepare the body for a challenging, full spectrum practice. This will be followed with longer holding stretches, breath work, and relaxation techniques that will leave you feeling both worked out and charged up!
