LEVELS 1-3: 30 Hours During the Levels 1-3weekend, you will experience and practice clear instruction of age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditations for toddlers to teens. Additionally, we will cover teaching strategies, yoga songs and games, partner and group yoga for kids, and curriculum ideas. You will also learn about how to share yoga with differently abilities including Autism & ADHD through mindfulness, sensory integration and movement based learning. Radiant Child Yoga Levels 1-3 is open to all, regardless of previous yoga training experience. Parents, teachers, counselors, therapists, childcare providers, yoga enthusiasts, and all supporters of children’s well-being are welcome. Professional development CEU’s available. Level 3, Heart & Soul Work with Children TBA in August. 

Learning Outcomes:

 * Guide children/youth from infant-18 in a practice of age-appropriate yoga, relaxation, stillness, and breathing techniques. * Use yoga practice, stories, games, songs, and brain-body movement to create lesson plans. * Work effectively with yoga for children with SPD, ADHD, Autism, and other special needs. * Employ co-operative communication, deep listening, and class management skills. * Communicate with administrators/ parents about children’s yoga for the purpose of offering classes. 


Lisa Brodrick, ERYT 500/800 & Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher has been a public school educator and yoga teacher for almost 18 years. She has given trainings for youth and adults throughout North America, Mexico & South Africa, where she continues to mentor budding teachers. In 2015 she founded ‘Ohana Rising Yoga School & the Peace Whale Project
