An Introduction to the Practice of Seated Meditation

To gain all these wonderful benefits, one must have a good understanding of basics of meditation - such as how to find a comfortable but effective seated posture and how to calm the nervous system with diaphragmatic (belly) breathing. It is also helpful to be aware of the variety of meditation methods available, and select the one or ones which are the right fit for you.
