Shedding any obstacles or boundaries in the body/mind to create the space we need to cultivate a strong yet supple handstand practice. The art of creating grace and ease upside down rather than force. We will be exploring many different ways to activate the Pelvic Floor/Mula Banda. Working your core in 3D (more than laying on your back and doing crunches) to give your body the internal strength needed to have a sustainable, confident, and safe inversion practice!
Building awareness of the "How to" in the handstand and even steps to start to press up! This two hour workshop will be a process of self exploration and refinement. The opportunity to float and fly through a vinyasa flow with the goal or destination not being the handstand, but losing yourself to the beauty of what happens in the moment! Whatever you level of practice - from beginner to more advanced - you will bring home lots of information to help your practice progress. All that is needed is a playful attitude and the breath. With that, you will take away some easy training tools to practice on your own to keep your body informed and flying for years to come! Unlock all the and strength that is already have inside yourself!!
