Philly Yoga teacher Justine Bacon shares with us a piece of her personal practice which joins two of her greatest pleasures- heavy metal music and yin yoga asana. The depth of this music is that of an iceberg, with what lies below the surface being far greater than what is above.
Let the music draw you deeper into yourself, and perhaps, shift your perspective on what is light and dark, as the longer held poses do the same via your physical, emotional & energetic body.
