Join Palo Santo co-owner Daniel Cordua for a 2 hour exploration of at the asana family known as arm balances. This workshop will be crafted for all levels of practitioners to build into their personal practice an array of fun, challenging and freeing poses! Modifications for a variety of body times and injury prevention will be covered to insure a safe, informed & aligned vinyasa-style practice.
Starting with foundations of chatturanga & bakasana and working up into variety of arm balances including, but not limited to: eka pada koundinyasana, astavakrasana, eka pada bakasana, eka pada galavasana, ganda bherundasana, titthibhasana & more!
Arm balances are often easier AND more difficult than they appear - necessitating both strength and various types of hip & leg flexibility. Come out, explore and work hard to meet these poses where you are at - and then take them to the next level!
